Seeker of connection, nourishing guide, and advocate for adaptive health, Shannon is devoted to promoting vitality in community. While supporting adventurous journeys in the physical world and courageous journeys of the heart and spirit, Shannon brings experience as a certified nutritional therapist and a 500+ hour yoga and meditation teacher to her work of nourishing the bodies and the souls of those in her orbit. Shannon’s endless curiosity about the connections between inner self, outer self, and environment inspires both her meals and her yoga offerings.
When she isn’t practicing her crafts, Shannon spends her time out on the water marveling at all the shades of blue.
